What We Do

Programs Built Around
Young People

Every program we run starts with the same question: what does this athlete actually need? From one-on-one counseling to community outreach, we meet youth where they are.

  • Curriculum aligned with state education standards
  • Teacher training and ongoing support included
  • Anonymous student check-in tools for early intervention
  • Currently active in 45+ schools across 8 states

Peer Support Warmline

A caring voice available when young people need it most.

Our trained peer support specialists staff a warmline — a non-emergency emotional support line — where young people can call or text to talk through what they're feeling. It's not a crisis hotline; it's a friendly, compassionate conversation available when things feel heavy.

  • Available Monday–Friday, 3pm–9pm local time
  • Staffed by trained peer specialists aged 18–25
  • Text and call options available
  • Warm referrals to counseling services when needed
